Invisible Hero

I loved the Invisible Hero; an engaging and clever novel written by Elizabeth Fensham.

A group of Year 10's are asked to choose a villain or a hero from history for their assignment. The students choose individuals based on their own personalities - Genelle chooses Britney Spears, Macca chooses the hard-line Italian philosopher Machiavelli, Mustafa chooses an activist who used humour as his best defence.

But within the group, large division exist. The 'in' group, led by Macca, dominate and bully the rest of the class.

Can the class turn the situation around by using the methods of the people they have chosen?
